It seems Nicole Kidman is afraid of paparazzi, who have their lenses on her newborn baby Sunday Rose for exclusive pictures. The Oscar-winning actress even asks media to leave her daughter alone when she steps out in her hometown, Sydney.
Nicole and her singer husband Keith Urban arrived in Sydney on Wednesday night, along with their 4-week-old daughter. They plan to walk around the town with little Sunday, thus urge paparazzi for not taking their photographs during the visit. "Keith and I are both appealing to the press and stuff just to give us a little space so we can walk around Sydney and show the baby our town," the actress told Sydney radio station 2Day FM.
Further, Nicole continued, "She's tiny. She's like a doll, she's like a little, little thing. Just (don't photograph) right in her face or in our faces because it's scary for her." Unlike other celebrities, no pictures of baby Sunday have been released and Keith insisted they had no intention of selling any. "I get the interest there is. But at the same time it's our little girl. Sometimes when people come right up in your face and you think: 'Good God, would you do that to anybody else's child?' That's all," he explained to the breakfast radio show.
Meanwhile, local media said paparazzi followed the family to their home on Sydney Harbour, with the couple using several decoy cars to avoid photographers' lenses. Even more, a newspaper published photos of the couple arriving on a private jet, with the baby bundled up in a blanket. Considering this fact, it is not surprising if Nicole and Keith try to asked the media for privacy.
