Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil will be released from prison on December 30 if he has credit for good behavior.
It seems troubled singer
Amy Winehouse, who was previously reported to be hunting for a new apartment near his husband's prison, may change her mind because hubby Blake Fielder-Civil will be released from jail before New Year. According to news media, Blake will see the outside of the world if he has credit for a good behavior.
Blake was sentenced to 27 months in jail because of perverting justice and grievous bodily harm (GBH). Thus he has been staying in British capital's Pentonville Prison.
Blake previously entered a plea but Judge David Radford denied his request. The judge said, "No previous convictions, rather than exemplary good character - if what I read about him and the use of drugs is true." He also added that Fielder-Civil had behaved in a "gratuitous, cowardly and disgraceful" manner.
Furthermore, Blake's mom, Georgette is hoping that he will be staying with her instead of his wife if he is released before New Year. "We're hoping that his probation officer will advise him to stay with us. If he's linked with drugs on his weekend visit he will lose the right to come out early," she said to News of The world. "He will be released on December 30 if he's a good boy. I've told him to keep his head down."
