Vanessa Hudgens Sued for 5M Dollars by Former Producer

Vanessa Hudgens has reportedly been sued for 5M dollars by her former producer, Johnny Viera, who claimed the actress breached a settlement agreement.

"High School Musical" sweetheart Vanessa Hudgens apparently has a big problem with her former producer Johnny Viera. The 19-year-old cutie has reportedly been sued for 5 million dollars by the producer. Johnny claimed Vanessa has breached a settlement agreement.

Per documents filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Johnny alleged the young actress fired him shortly after her success on Disney's "High School Musical", but later negotiated a settlement with him. However, her attorneys were said to be failed to file the settlement agreement with the court for approval.

The former producer claimed his original contract with Vanessa is still in force. He said he's owed by the "Say OK" singer and her label, Hollywood Records, for royalties. Johnny also claimed Vanessa's dad, Greg Hudgens, has defamed him by sending several e-mails to others, calling the producer is a "predator". Thus, Greg and Hollywood Records are also named as defendants.

Vanessa has allegedly dumped her old talent team, including Johnny. She had presented her former producer with a photograph of her signed, "Johnny, thank you for everything, without you, I would be nowhere. We will make it BIG...Vanessa Hudgens." The actress also wrote, "*Sweet!*", at the bottom of the picture.
