Heather Mills's former publicist Michele Elyzabeth has reportedly sent the former model a bill for publicity services. According to Access Hollywood, she was slapped with a bill for $168,800 for services rendered.
Elyzabeth quit working for Mills last month following a heated phone call with her. Elyzabeth wrote in a letter addressed to the ex-wife of musician Paul McCartney that she wants her to pay all previous fees. "As this personal and business relationship has come to an end, I am hereby requesting all previous fees, which were deferred until such time that you were financially able to fulfill our verbal agreement," she wrote.
Elyzabeth told Access Hollywood's Tony Potts last month (July, 2008), "I worked for free because she told me she had no money." And now the former publicist is asking the 40-year-old activist to pay in full because she's nearly $50 million richer after splitting with Paul. "As you recall, I only agreed to work without pay because you stated you would later compensate me for working for you, because at that time, you were not receiving any financial help from Paul. After the information contained in the Approved Judgment of the Honorable Mr. Justice Bennett, which was rendered public March 18, 2008 proved otherwise, I am requesting payment forthwith," the letter continued.
On March 17, the High Court Justice Hugh Bennett has issued a judgment for Mills' divorce. She was awarded almost $50 million in her divorce from the rocker. The judge awarded her $33 million in cash, $15.6 million in assets and payments of $70,000 a year in child support.
