Heiress Paris Hilton Sued Over Movie Promotion is facing a legal problem as she is reportedly being sued for allegedly failing to fulfill promotional obligations for a 2006 movie she starred in. It's Worldwide Entertainment Group Inc. that filed a law filed in U.S. District Court in Miami against the 26-year-old actress.

The company alleges Paris has owed them $75,000 for not fully promoting National Lampoon's "". The heiress starred in the movie and received credit as an executive producer. Worldwide Entertainment Group Inc. said it paid the "Simple Life" star and her company Paris Hilton Entertainment Inc. $1 million for her "acting services" and for "reasonable promotion and publicity" for the flick.

National Lampoon's Pledge This! is 2006 comedy film starring Paris Hilton, Paula Garces, Sarah Carter and Simon Rex. The sister of Nicky Hilton portrayed Victoria English, who is the president of an exclusive college sorority.

The socialite recently revealed that she is working with comic legend Stan Lee to develop a cartoon superhero for a new TV series. The superhero is reportedly based on the her. "I've created a superhero with Stan Lee, which is (based on) me. We're doing a cartoon right now with MTV," Paris said in an interview with San Diego City Beat.
