Megan Fox's Methods to Stay Healthy

Megan Fox admits that she always consumes water and vinegar to remove bad things from her system and uses lavender oil to make her relax.

The No.1 Sexiest Woman in the World in 2008 according to FHM magazine Megan Fox has stated that she is always trying to cleanse her body system by consuming water and apple cider vinegar, which can remove everything bad from her body and help her staying in shape. The "Transformers" star has great confidence in the effectiveness of the method.

She believes that the method could clean out human system entirely. She also adds, "It will get rid of, for women who retain water weight, from your menstrual cycle and all that, it gets rid of it really fast (sic)."

She, however, denies doing the method in order to look much sexier. The 22-year-old-actress insists that she is kind of person who is lazy to do diet or exercise. She, on the other hand, is a person with big sweet tooth so she thinks she must do the method every once in a while.

The cleansing method, in fact, isn't her only way to stay healthy. Fox states that she also has a way to decrease her stress after full days on the film sets, taking melatonin to sleep and having lavender oil that she puts all over her house to make her more relax.

About the lavender oil she adds, "If you put that under your nose, on your forehead, and I put it over my heart - It's just really relaxing. Something about that scent helps you to focus."
