Britney Spears has transformed into her newest figure. The "Toxic" songstress looks sexy wearing a white two pieces bikini on the latest cover of OK! Magazine. It's her bikini figure while vacationing at Las Ventanas resort in Los Cabos, Mexico, in late July.
To the magazine, she revealed the secret of her stunning transformation. "I'm the healthiest I've been all my life. My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape," Britney told OK!. The pop singer revealed that she avoids sugar to get her body shape back. "I have no sugar. I don't eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar," said the sister of Jamie Lynn Spears.
Britney then told the publication about her dietary menu. "I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I'll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch," the "Lucky" singer explained. She also said she consumes just 1,200 calories a day, adding "It may sound like it's not much, but it's actually a lot of food if you eat the right things."
Aside from controlling her meal, Britney reportedly also worked out five days/week at an outside gym and also in her house. "I was working with male trainers and recently switched to a woman because she knew how to lean me out better," she said.
