Actor Christian Bale reveals that he enriches his acting techniques by riding horse, claiming it to have given him confidence.

Christian Bale, apparently has new hobby in order to enrich his acting talent, riding horses. He revealed to Thursday's issue of The Japan Times that riding horses can improve his acting skills. "I love horses. I've learned from them," so he said expressing his praise for the animal.
The 34-year-old star explained that he learns to have 'confidence' while riding a horse. "Once you master a horse, but it also masters you and you gain more confidence in yourself," he stated. "Riding horses has a rhythm that's rather Zen-like."
"When you can mount it and move it and move along with it, that is a hard-won and very real accomplishment," he added.
Apart from riding horse, Bale recently is busy filming a new movie, titled "Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins". In the film he will portray John Connor, the man fated to lead the human resistance against Skynet and its army of Terminators. The Warner Bros Pictures' movie is set to be released in May 2009.
