Lily Allen, who recently attempted to punch a passer-by in London, reportedly has no plans to stop using drugs.

Lily Allen confessed she has no plans to quit using drugs. Despite admitting she
isn't a "good person" when she is under the influence, the 23-year-old insisted she can't stop using illegal substances.
"I'm not going to say I'm never going to do drugs again," Lily told People magazine. "I just know I'm not a good person on drugs." Her remark reportedly came just days after she punched a passer-by outside a London nightspot on August 19.
Lily previously said she vowed to clean up her life for the sake of her unborn child. "It was the hardest thing for me. When I realised I was pregnant and realised I wanted to have the baby, I made a huge decision - to make my life more stable," she said.
The "Smile" singer had also opened up about her drug use, revealing she first experimented with ecstasy when she was just 14. Lily insisted she stopped using drugs after she knew she's pregnant with Ed Simons' baby last November.
