Tom Cruise reportedly has lost 4.5 kg in just six weeks by following a strict diet and exercise program from his best friend, soccer player David Beckham.

David Beckham who willingly served as his personal trainer. Cruise and Beckham are neighbors in Beverly Hills. So, when Cruise gained weight over the past year and shocked by pictures of him with a 'spare tyre', he turned to Beckham for advice.
"He hated it when pictures started appearing of him with a belly and love handles," a source told the Daily Mail. The source added, "Tom had been steadily gaining weight. He didn't notice it at first but then he developed quite a paunch... He turned 46 this summer and he's got a 29-year-old wife and a young family so he wanted to get back in shape."
In the diet and exercise program, Cruise was regularly given a nutrition plan and regime and diet advice by Beckham as the soccer star having been spotted around Cruise's house a lot. The diet advice he gave Cruise is that he must stick "to 1,200 calories a day, mostly grilled chicken and fish with lots of vegetables, salads and fruit."
After succeeding the diet program, Cruise is so delighted as he kept telling everyone that he is in good shape just like when he played as Lt. Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell in "Top Gun." Besides, this also makes his wife
