Demi Lovato admitted at short time before a performance at Arthur Ashe Kids Day on Saturday, August 23, that Jonas Brothers gave her help and attention during the "Burning Up" tour.
Previously Disney star
Demi Lovato announced that she split from her boyfriend
Cody Linley in order to concentrate on "Burning Up" tour with
Jonas Brothers. When she was asked shortly before a performance at Arthur Ashe Kids Day at the U.S. Open in New York on Saturday, August 23, what it was like for her to be on their tour, she answered "They always have my back."
Lovato commented that Jonas Brothers;
Kevin Jonas,
Joe Jonas and
Nick Jonas are "very protective" to her. She admitted that during the tour Kevin always made sure if she was not thirsty. Lovato got fell easily so she became excited when Joe was willing to help her staying upright onstage, showing how to step and avoid things that might make her fall.
Lovato acknowledged that she is a "very uncoordinated" person and so felt "surprised" that she did not fall on the tour stage as Jonas Brothers helped her. She added, "They're like, 'Watch your step.'" That is why she admitted that the teen pop-rock band really made her amazed. She praised them as funny and cool people, simply saying "They're 10 times more cool when you meet them and hang out with them all the time. They're hilarious."
Lovato recently got help from the brothers writing 11 songs for her debut album "Don't Forget." She served as the opening act in Jonas Brothers' "Burning Up" tour. To focus on the tour, Lovato recently decided not to date her former singer lover, Linley. They, however, committed to be friends and might get back together someday as Linley stated, "We're kind of on a break... I think it's the only choice really. Otherwise, it would be especially hard, especially if she's going to do international dates too."
