The couple were spotted having romantic dinner on Monday night, August 25, in One Sunset restaurant and lounge in West Hollywood.
The pair were snapped walking hand in hand after enjoying their dinner. The couple worn casual outfits at the restaurant. Kate looked beautiful with white jacket and pink shawl, whereas James worn a brown shirt.
It was not the first time the couple were spotted together. On August 9, Kate and James were caught enjoying their day at the beach in Malibu. Kate looked sexy with her two-pieces bikini while James bared his chest. She laughed cheerfully on top of his back.
Kate met James at the Marc Jacobs after party. They have been dating since September 2006. Before dating James, the beauty dated Matt Czuchry in 2000 and after they split she dated heartthrob Orlando Bloom from 2002 to September 2006. As for James, he previously had been linked with supermodel Ana Beatriz Barros.
Kate took a part as Superman's lady, Lois Lane, in "Superman Returns". As the film failed to impress the audience, Kate and his fellow co-star Brandon Routh apparently will not be chosen to reprise their roles in the upcoming "Superman: The Man of Steel".
