Topless Uma Thurman and her financier fiance Arpad 'Arki' Busson have been photographed by paparazzi getting romantic during moonlight dip in an Italian lake.

Hollywood actress Uma Thurman and her multimillionaire fiance Arpad 'Arki' Busson have been snapped getting romantic during a moonlight skinny-dipping. The actress was seen topless while she and Busson were swimming in an Italian lake. They actually were on summer holiday in Italy.

During their skinny dipping, they were spotted having 'hot and romantic' time in the cool water. They seemed to be very happy, laughing, embracing and kissing. After she felt enough spending 'hot' romantic time in the lake, topless Thurman dried off and wore white bath pajamas.

During their Italian holiday, the couple, who had announced their engagement earlier this year, spent much time with actor Liam Neeson and his wife Natasha Richardson. According to reports, they were spotted visiting them and enjoying romantic dinner together in the afternoon, earlier before they were photographed in the lake.

The lovers have recently held a lavish engagement party in early July. They held the party in the garden of Busson's 10 million pounds Kensington home. They played host to their invited guests, such as Elton John, Sting, Sir Philip Green, Jemima Khan, Claudia Schiffer and Damien Hirst.

Thurman and Busson started dating after their meeting at a dinner party in Milan last summer. Their upcoming marriage will be the second for Thurman, who has two kids; a nine-year-old-daughter Maya and a six-year-old son Levon; with her ex-husband actor Ethan Hawke. Meanwhile, Busson also has two kids with his ex-girlfriend, model Elle Macpherson.
