Hayden Panettiere could not be thwarted to celebrate her birthday. Although it was actually on Thursday, August 21, she celebrated her 19th birthday party on Sunday afternoon, August 24. She held the few-days-late party with her friends and dog, swimming in a big swimming pool.
In the party, Panettiere wore a sparkling gold bikini and purple happy birthday hat. She also wore a gold 'Rockstar' necklace around her neck. During the party, she was seen playing happily with her friends and dog in the pool.
The big pool party she held did not mean that Panettiere ignored her recent family problem. Her dad Alan Panettiere was previously arrested on August 11 at his house in West Hollywood at 3 A.M. local time. He was suspected for spousal abuse because he hit his wife. However, he was then released after posting $50,000 bail.
The actress, who previously remained silent on the affair, finally spoke out about her dad's arrest. She said, "It [the incident] was blown way out of proportion by a sheriff who wanted his fifteen minutes of fame. My family is wonderful - so very happy. We're all great!"
