Chace Crawford Slams Match-Making Site
"Gossip Girl" star is angry finding out his image has been used by an online dating website. The match-making site, WooMe.com, have reportedly used the 23-year-old hunk's image in an unauthorized attempt to boost membership.

Crawford's face is featured in the ad on the dating site's main page alongside a tagline that reads, "Find guys and girls near you." However, the bosses at the site didn't officially ask for permission to use his image as the face of their brand.

A representative for Crawford told the New York Daily News that the match-making website couldn't use both his name and picture. "They had no right to use his name or photo. He is not the spokesperson," his rep said.

Crawford is best known for his role as Nate Archibald in TV series "Gossip Girl" on The CW. In 2006, he appeared in Lifetime's television movie "Long Lost Son", portraying the son of Gabrielle Anwar's character. The actor also starred alongside Steven Strait, Taylor Kitsch, Sebastian Stan and Toby Hemingway in Screen Gems' horror/thriller "The Covenant".
