It looks like David Duchovny has a pleasant life. He has handsome face, successful career and a harmonic family. However, his life is not as good as it seems. The 48-years-old star has a personal problem in his sex life. His lawyer, Stanton "Larry" Stein, surprisingly broke the news to People that the actor has entered rehabilitation facility for treating his sex addiction.
"I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction," David admits in an exclusive statement. Furthermore, he expects media not to report something bad about his life and his family, saying "I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family." There was no further detail information in the statement.
David is a talented actor who is well known for his role as Hank Moody on "The X-Files" series. He married actress Tea Leoni on May 6, 1997. Their love life is far from rumor. They have 2 children, a 9-year-old daughter, Madelaine West Duchovny and a 6-year-old son named Kyd Miller Duchovny.
David won two Golden Globe awards so far. In 1996, he was a winner for Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series for "The X-Files". Then, in 2007 he also won the same award for "Californication".
