Football Helps Keira Knightley Keeping Her Body Slim

Actress Keira Knightley reveals that listening to the football match on the radio and cheering on her favorite team help her staying fit.

Becoming an actress with slim figure, Keira Knightley admits that her trim body might be caused by her love for football. She reveals that she does not play football after all. But, she finds out that she can keep fit by simply listening to the sport match on the radio and cheering on her favorite team, West Ham United. She says, "The most exercise I get when I'm not working is when I get up to turn on the radio to listen to the football and I'm yelling for West Ham United."

Knightley, in fact, acknowledges that she is "not a gym person at all." Explaining on why she does not like going to the gym, she adds, "I think that gym work is so boring and repetitive." Besides, she is also not the kind of person who gets obsessed with diet, saying "The thought of a diet makes me want to go and stuff myself with chips and cream."

Recently, Knightley experienced hilarious moment during sex scene in her upcoming movie "The Duchess". The actress revealed that she could not stop laughing while she did the scene with her co-star Dominic Cooper because he wore strange underwear. She said, "It's the most unsexy thing ever. The director even had to ask if I could be a little more supportive and I had to say 'no - he's wearing a nappy!'"

Knightley is currently dating actor Rupert Friend. They met on the set of movie "Pride and Prejudice" in 2005 and have been together since 2006. Although the relationship is getting serious, Knightley has once insisted that she has no plans to marry her beau any time soon.
