Eva Mendes Battles with Keeping-in-Shape Things

Eva Mendes admitted that it is not easy for her to maintain her slim figure and she even considered it as a "constant struggle."

Becoming a sexy thin model-actress does not make it easy for Eva Mendes to keep in shape. She admitted that maintaining her slim figure is not easy, it instead is a "constant struggle". She stated that she hates it when other actresses say that they never have to think about what they eat. That is because maintaining her thin body needs great effort.

Mendes added that she can hardly go to a gym to do some exercise and eat diet food, saying "It's a constant struggle making sure that I'm eating my greens and going to the gym." She explained, "it's a battle for me. I want girls to know that." She continued, "When I hear these actresses say that they don't have to watch what they eat, I just want to shake them because so many of us struggle with that."

Mendes also revealed that she feels under pressured when she is set to lose weight. Nevertheless, she always tries not to succumb to it. She even said, "I'm not your rail think kind of girl. I'm Cuban so I've got hips and a butt and I like to stay voluptuous."

However, Mendes previously has stated that she wants her beauty last long. Therefore, she is undoubtedly ready to check in for some cosmetic surgeries when it is necessary. She explained, "When the time comes, I'm going to nip it and tuck it all."
