Former "Dawson's Creek" star Katie Holmes has been reported to choose her hubby Tom Cruise and new career over friends. The 29-year-old actress is said to have left her pals to concentrate on career and her marriage to the actor.
Katie reportedly doesn't put friends as the top of her priority. She's said to be busy with her work, looking after her daughter Suri and spending time with her husband. The actress is even claimed to be avoiding her pals.
"Katie and I were best friends until she met Tom. Then, overnight, we went from talking every day to nothing. She was so single-minded about her life with him that no one else mattered," a source told OK! magazine. Another source revealed Katie had stopped calling her friends, saying "Katie never had a big group of girlfriends, but after Tom, she stopped calling them."
The source then added, "It was amazing she could cut everyone off so fast - business associates, her hair and makeup team, as well as friends." Victoria Adams, who's one of her pals, now is also rarely seen together with "First Daughter" star.
