Teri Hatcher Having Great Sex and Eating Chocolate to Be Happy

Feeling happy whenever she has great sex and eating chocolate, the actress insists both ways can actually work for other people too.

People have their own ways to reach the stage of happiness and as for Teri Hatcher, she credits great sex and eating chocolate to have led her into a happy life and even recommends them into people in common as well as her 10-year-old daughter Emerson Rose Tenney. "Have great sex [and] eat the chocolate," so she shared in an October column for Glamour magazine.

Sharing her other advice for the general reading public, Teri also suggested them not to sit on "public toilet seats and make sure to floss." She continued adding, "Life's too short to stress; you'll be able to get past anything difficult; the sun will rise tomorrow; you are beautiful; you are lovable."

Confessing in her column that she tend to see herself as a "43-year-old somewhat successful but still flawed and fragile woman," Teri openly admitted that despite her age she still keeps on adding her "goal board" every night because she finds it helpful. "It's basically a collage of images of things you want to achieve in your life - all written, glued or drawn onto a big piece of paper," she explained.

Adding to those points, Teri revealed her other keys to happiness, stating "Don't eat after 7 P.M. and Dance like a teenager." She added confidently, "Against all my well-honed cynical beliefs, it's actually working!"
