Socialite Paris Hilton had announced plans to become a mother last year, insisting she would be pregnant within two years. But the 27-year-old actress now said that she's putting off motherhood for a while yet.
Paris has changed her mind about starting family because she is too busy with her career. "Right now I'm just focusing on my business and traveling around the world. There's no time for a baby right now," said the girlfriend of Good Charlotte's guitarist Benji Madden.
The "Simple Life" star is said to be busy restarting her acting and music careers. Paris revealed her upcoming rock musical film "Repo! The Genetic Opera" will be released on November 7, 2008. She's also busy completing work on her second solo album, follow-up to her debut album "Paris".
Though the hotel heiress is now putting a hold on motherhood, she's still eager to be a mom. Paris told Hollyscoop, "I would love to be a mother one day."
