Rumors sparked that Ashlee Simpson and her hubby Pete Wentz are expecting not one, but two bundles of joy. However, a representative for the couple has come to denial, insisting that the twins rumor isn't true.
Pete's buddy, hip-hop artist Tyga, allegedly said that Ashlee and her musician husband will be having twins. "They're having twins! They're really happy," Tyga revealed recently. However the couple's rep insisted that the "Pieces of Me" singer and Pete have only one baby on the way. "It is not true," the rep said of Tyga's twins report.
In June, Pete also fueled speculation that he and Ashlee will have twins after referring to their unborn baby as "them". But the bassist of Fall Out Boy quickly denied they were expecting twins, claiming that the twins report was "wrong."
"I meant to say 'the baby' and said 'them' 'cause it was 7 a.m. Not in a BS way: I can tell you we are absolutely not having twins," Pete said. "I totally misspoke 'cause we dunno if it's a boy or girl. I try to speak vaguely, and I totally blew it on this one."
