Hollywood beauty Angelina Jolie has gotten her figure immortalized in a plastic, Barbie-style doll. According to The Sun, the doll has sold for 1,895 pounds ($3,350 dollars) on auction website eBay.
The lifelike creation of the "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life" star was made by American artist Noel Cruz, who has created several Angelina dolls to sell on eBay. And an anonymous bidder reportedly bought the doll for almost 2,000 pounds on the Internet auction site.
Although the doll's eyes, eyebrows and lips are similar to the 33-year-old actress', Cruz admitted there's one detail missing, her tattoos. But the tattoos can be painted at an extra cost of between 10 pounds and 20 pounds. All depend on the complexity of the design.
However, Angelina's doll was said to get criticism on an online forum. "The Angie doll is pretty realistic and creepy. I think the doll's arms are still fatter than Angie's real arms," said one comment. Another said, "Wow, who purchased this? They must have money to throw away. I can see why someone would want to get their child an Angelina doll, but I couldn't let my child break the arm or even get the doll dirty."
