Having been known as a super busy singer, Mariah Carey admitted she has no time to sit down and read. But the "Touch My Body" singer said the only book she has ever read is the holy book.
The singer, who married singer Nick Cannon earlier this year, always ensures she has time to read the Bible. "The only book I make time to read is the Bible," said the 38-year-old who previously revealed she didn't have enough food as a kid.
"I don't get much time off, but I make sure there are periods on my schedule when no work is allowed," Mariah added to Now magazine. "The best way is to go on vacation. I love tropical places and swimming in the sea. The most secluded a place is, the better."
In related news, the "We Belong Together" songstress is reportedly trying to stop a tell-all book about her from being published. Mariah is said to be concerned by revelations set to appear in the book written by her former producer Damion 'Damizza' Young, who announced he'll reveal his "intense four-year personal relationship" with the star in "Guilty by Association".
