Rihanna, who was recently named the second best dressed woman by People magazine, was spotted arriving in Paris in her stylish outfits.
It's right choice when People magazine named Rihanna on its 2008 Best Dressed Stars list, because the 20-year-old always looks stylish whenever and wherever she is. And the "Umbrella" hitmaker did it in her best way while she's arriving in Paris.
Wearing her stylish outfits, Rihanna was spotted landing herself in Paris, France on Thursday, September 18. The Barbadian hottie was accompanied by security and a few friends as she arrived at the Murano hotel.

Chris Brown has been announced as the second best dressed woman in People's best dressed list. She was selected for her "sugar and spice" style and her "sophisticated mix of glamorous gowns and funky dresses".
"Classic or rebel, girl-next-door or vamp, each of these women made all the right fashion moves this year," People said of its choices. "If someone did not make the list, that doesn't mean they are badly dressed. "We only have room for 10," said People's executive editor, Elizabeth Sporkin.
