Melanie still looked hot as she hit the beach in her tiny bikini with her white dog, Lord, on Thursday, September 18. The former Spice Girls member showed off her bikini figure as she soaked up the California sun.
In related news, the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant launches a new fitness video called Totally Fit. The video will feature a 28-day plan of aerobic and resistance workouts, along with her own advice and tips on nutrition, including recipes and snacks.
"For anyone with jubbily bits, I'm going to tighten you up, make you laugh and enjoy your workout no matter what level of fitness you are," Mel told People magazine. The DVD will be available on February 3.
