Since cutting her hair short in a pixie style, Victoria is reportedly worried that her flaws will be exposed. To solve the problem, the singer, who has three sons with soccer star hubby
David Beckham wants to undergo neck surgery.
"All eyes are now on her neck because there's nowhere to hide it, so Victoria wants to see if she can do anything to improve it," a source said. "She's been saying that it looks wrinkled and compromised. She's seriously considering having work done."
It's also said that the 34-year-old fashionista is worried her new hairdo will make her look old. "She wanted the short, dark chocolate hair to make her look more youthful but now she's worried it just draws attention the flaws in her profile and her nose - which she hates," added the source. "Victoria fears she's fighting a losing battle against aging. She's paranoid about looking old."
