Fans of hit TV series "Hannah Montana" must be glad to hear that its main star
Miley Cyrus is not leaving the show. The actress herself finally came out, insisting the rumors that said she and her father
Billy Ray Cyrus were leaving the show are totally false. Meanwhile, a representative for Disney also stated that the reports are "just gossip."
Miley told People magazine, "I am fully committed to Hannah Montana. It's what gave me this amazing opportunity to reach out to so many people." Giving respect to all of her co-stars, the actress admitted, "I couldn't do it alone. We have an amazing cast that is so supportive, including my dad who has been there for me every step of the way." She went on revealing, "I'm really excited about our new season. We are making great new episodes that I can't wait for our fans to see."
Despite the reports that claimed Miley and her father Billy were coming late to the set, a source close to the teen sensation stated the father and daughter are actually quite discipline. "It's a lot of craziness," the source told the magazine. "Miley is really devoted to the show and she's really upset by the gossip. Miley is never late to work. It's not going away any time soon," continued the source.
Responding to rumors that said Miley and her co-star
Emily Osment were feuding, the source revealed "Emily and Miley are like sisters. Occasionally they have disagreements but they make up and they never let it effect their work." The source also added that on the set all stars are "like a big family."
