Victoria Adams Gives Up Shopping and Eats More

Former Spice Girls' member Victoria Adams admitted that she is giving up shopping and finally eating more as she has started working as a fashion designer.

Pop singer Victoria Adams arguably is best-known for her shopping habit, but she admitted to have been giving up shopping and finally eating more. She revealed she has changed her lifestyle since she moved to Los Angeles over a year ago after her husband David Beckham signed to L.A. Galaxy football team.

The former Spice Girls' member said, "You know, I could just go shopping every day and sit on my bum." She also confessed, "I could do what half these people do in here - sit and have lunch and go shopping - but I'd be so bored. I don't even go shopping any more."

Moreover, Victoria also stated she has started eating more as she began her work as a fashion designer and with the support from her new Hollywood friends Eva Longoria and Jennifer Lopez she even began to focus more on her health, eating healthier food and getting regular exercise. "Yes, I am eating more. I think you do eat more when you're working out. And you want to eat healthily, so it's good all round," she revealed.

Although Victoria is eating more, she believed her exercise will make her stay slim. She admitted she visits the gym seven days a week. "I run four miles, seven days a week. I feel energized and healthy - there are really nice gyms here and I just enjoy it," she told The Sun. She added, "David puts music on my iPod and Gordon Ramsay bought me trainers where you have a little chip so you can clock how far you're running."
