Jennifer Love Hewitt has made a statement in an interview with Health magazine last month that she wished to spend more of her youth naked. But the 29-year-old actress confessed she regrets about the statement.
"I'm a little regretful about it," Jennifer told Access Hollywood at the 2008 Emmy red carpet on Sunday, September 21. The "If Only" star also explained to Access' Nancy O'Dell about her reasons for making the statement.
"Well, I was explaining how a woman's body changes as you get older and so I was saying that my mom and my grandma were like, 'You're gonna one day be really happy about what you looked like when you were 15, 16, and 17 instead of worrying about it.' So I was like, 'I should have just walked around naked.' Anyway...," she told Nancy. Her fiance Ross McCall also supported her, adding "I agree. Why not?"
Jennifer previously revealed to Health magazine for its September issue that she regretted not showing off her body in the past. "I wish I had been nude from the time I was 12 until I was 28. I looked great!" the actress said. She also gave advice to teenager about how to love their body, saying "I want to tell all young girls to walk around in bikinis all summer and enjoy it."
