Jonas Brothers will be playing three siblings in a band, the Lucas brothers, in new Disney Channel series called "JONAS".
Jonas Brothers will be busy with their new Disney Channel series as they are set to begin filming the series on September 29, according to Access Hollywood. And a source revealed to Access that the show will be called "JONAS".
In the new series, just like their real life,
Kevin Jonas,
Joe Jonas and
Nick Jonas play three brothers in a band. However, Kevin and his siblings won't be the "Jonas" brothers because they are the "Lucas" brothers. "JONAS" itself refers to the name of street they live on.
The show is also said to be a single-camera comedy series. And their real-life parents won't appear on the series as actors will be portraying their TV father and mother. But their real-life youngest brother Frankie will make recurring guest appearances as the youngest Lucas brothers.
The source revealed to Access Hollywood, "They play three brothers in a band." "But in the show, they are the 'Lucas' brothers and 'JONAS' refers to the name of the street they live on," the source added.
