The "Until the End of Time" singer has fueled speculation he may plan to propose to Jessica after he was seen visiting a jewelry store named Nicla Boncompagni at Via Vittorio 4. According to staff inside the store, Justin bought a multi-carat diamond ring and a diamond-encrusted bracelet.
The couple are also said to be closing on a new home when they return to the states. The ex-boyfriend of Britney Spears and the 26-year-old beauty have reportedly considered buying a $2.9 million duplex in Manhattan's Chelsea district.
