Previously telling the press that she was "in the process" of purchasing a new property,
Vanessa Hudgens has closed the deal, buying herself a new house in Studio City, California which reportedly is worth $2.75 million. She reportedly bought the six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom, 5,200 sq ft house early last month.
The house, which is the first that Vanessa has bought, is said to feature hardwood and stone floors. It, moreover, has a large entrance hall with curving staircase, home office, three fireplaces, a three car garage, gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, a swimming pool with spa, waterfalls, and a barbecue island.
"This is a spectacular old-world Tuscan, architectural manor with Moroccan influences and city light views," the description of the property read. Vanessa, who is the middle of hectic schedule promoting her upcoming big screen flick "
High School Musical 3: Senior Year," has yet commented on the new house.
She told reporters at the Teen Choice Awards in August 2008, "My favorite thing about being in Los Angeles is probably just being in my house. I actually just bought a new house, so I will be able to stay there now!" She continued, "I'm still in the process of buying it, so I am kind of freaked out. My family actually found it for me so I'm glad they approve as well."
