Despite the many superstars who join A-list celebrity supporters for Democratic candidates Barack Obama-Joe Biden, Heidi Montag admitted to support Republican nominees, especially Sarah Palin. The reality TV star stated that her prayers are with the Republican vice presidential nominee.
"She [Sarah] will do great in the debates - she's a strong woman and my prayers are with her," Heidi told Fox News. She acknowledged, "she has definitely been victimized by the media, it's very hard for a woman being vice president or president. But I think she is standing strong."
On the other hand, Heidi's sister Holly Montag admitted to support Obama. "I'm totally for Obama," she said. "Heidi's McCain, but I'm for Obama ... I loved Obama before he was even running."
Meanwhile, on October 1, 2008 Heidi and her beau Spencer Pratt attended Taco Bell's "Reality Check Challenge" to support the World Hunger Relief Movement. When she was asked about the charity event, she said, "World hunger is a bigger issue than people realize. Every six seconds a child dies of world hunger, so that's a huge cause. It kills more people than AIDS and tuberculosis and those diseases put together. We really need to do all we can to help out."
As for her personal life, Heidi confessed she has no plans to have baby any time soon. "No time soon, not even ten years soon, no," she stated. "I'm too young, I think there's way too much to do. Once you have kids, that's it. No, I'm not there."
