Jessica Biel. The 27-year-old hunk was said to have popped the question to the actress while they were holidaying in Rome.
The lovebirds enjoyed their romantic vacation in the Italian capital recently. And Justin allegedly popped the question to Jessica on the last night of their Roman gateway, Britain's People magazine reported.
"He is besotted with Jessica and wants to make an honest woman of her," a source close to the singer revealed. "He planned to propose in Rome because it is such a romantic city. Jessica is over the moon and looking forward to a huge wedding. She can't wait."
The "Until the End of Time" singer previously also fueled speculation he could propose to Jessica in Rome after he was seen visiting a jewelry store named Nicla Boncompagni at Via Vittorio 4. According to staff inside the store, Justin bought a multi-carat diamond ring and a diamond-encrusted bracelet.
