Keira Knightley revealed she was born because her mother, playwright-actress Sharman Macdonald, won a bet from her father, TV actor Will Knightley, that he would agree to have another child if she could sell a script. The beautiful actress maybe feels very lucky because her mother finally could sell the script.
Keira revealed her mother and father have one child before her and didn't have very much money to raise another child. The British star said that even though they didn't have enough money, her mother insisted she wanted another baby. "The reason I was born was because they had one child but my mum wanted another baby and they did not have very much money. My dad said to her 'Alright, if you sell a script we can have a baby,'" she explained. "So I was actually born out of a bet because she did manage to sell the script. And here I am."
In other news, Keira recently confessed she wants to have baby of her own to stop people from thinking she is anorexic because she is tired being criticized about her weight. "That's a good reason to have a kid. Oh Good. They won't say I'm anorexic any more. S**t, I've got to have a child," she stated.
Speaking about her slim figure, Keira previously acknowledged that she hates to go to gym although she has to. "I decided I wanted to get fit because my flat is on the top floor without a lift and I was finding it quite difficult to get up the stairs... So I joined a gym but I hated it," she said. "I did it in the end. I just went on a cross trainer and had someone yelling at me telling me to squat. But I hated it."
