Madonna has become the next artist who slams Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. The 50-year-old singer joins the growing group of celebrities who hate the U.S. vice presidential candidate.
Madonna made her feeling very clear when she performed on stage during her "Sticky & Sweet" tour in New York. The "American Pie" songstress slammed Palin by banning the Republican vice presidential hopeful from attending her party as well as her show.
"Sarah Palin can't come to my party. Sarah Palin can't come to my show. It's nothing personal," the wife of Guy Ritchie told the crowd on Sunday night, October 5. "Here's the sound of Sarah Palin's husband's snowmobile when it won't start."
Earlier, Pink also launched a stinging attack on Palin, saying "If I were writing a letter to Sarah Palin, it would be a lot of whys and hows. Who are you? Do you know? Why do you hate animals? Please point out Iraq on a map ..." The 29-year-old singer went on, "This woman hates women. She is not a feminist. She is not the woman that's going to come behind Hillary Clinton and do anything that Hillary Clinton would've been capable of ... I can't imagine overturning Roe vs. Wade."
