After marrying Jay-Z in a secret nuptials six month ago, Beyonce Knowles opened up about the details of their wedding.

Beyonce Knowles finally opened up about the details of their top secret wedding. The beautiful singer shared about her wedding day to Essence magazine for its November 2008 issue but after she said, "You're gonna get me in trouble."
Beyonce told the magazine that her wedding to Jay-Z was small and intimate because she is not a "traditional woman" and didn't want a drama. "It's been my day so many days already," she confessed. She, furthermore, explained that she and Jay-Z knew they would end up as husband and wife, revealing "We've been together a long time. We always knew it would happen."
As for not being a traditional woman, Beyonce also told the publication that she didn't want an engagement ring because "people put too much emphasis on that." She insisted it is "just material" and "just silly" to her. However, she admitted she does wear a wedding ring, and she and Jay-Z both have matching tattoos of the roman numeral IV on their ring fingers since they were born on the 4th of their birth months and got married on April 4, 2008.
Besides, Beyonce also told that their love is real. "What Jay and I have is real. It's not about interviews or getting the right photo op. It's real," she admitted. She also talked about keeping her personal life private, saying "I feel that, especially now, with the internet and paparazzi and camera phones, it's so difficult to maintain mystery. And that's so important."
Beyonce and Jay-Z married in a top secret nuptials in New York City back in April 2008. The couple rarely discussed their love relationship in public.
