Ashley Tisdale Refuses to Date Jealous Men

The "High School Musical" starlet told Seventeen magazine that she wants to date a guy who will not get jealous when she's kissing with somebody in a scene.

"High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale graces Seventeen magazine's cover for its November 2008 issue. The 23-year-old beauty opened up to the magazine about the ideal man she wants to date, co-star Zac Efron and her Disney next door neighbors.

Ashley told Seventeen that she refuses to have a romantic relationship with jealous men. The actress revealed she wants to date a confident man who doesn't mind her spending time with good-looking guys.

"I'm always surrounded by good-looking guys, like Zac Efron," said the Disney star, who is dating back up dancer Jared Murillo. "So I have to be with someone who's not going to get jealous about any of that, or when I'm kissing somebody in a scene," she added to the magazine.

The actress then talked about her friendship with "High School Musical" co-star Zac. Ashley called the 20-year-old hunk "funny", saying "He's so funny, and you can just chill and hang out with him." Recalling her first meeting with the actor, she said, "We met years ago through a mutual friend, so we were friends for a long time before HSM."

On her Disney next door neighbors, Ashley told the magazine, "All the Disney Channel stars live right in the same neighborhood." "I live on the same street as Hilary Duff and Miley Cyrus - and the Jonas Brothers live down the block, and then Vanessa Hudgens and Zac live right there too. It's so funny - it's like this whole little Disney community," she explained.
