Following the launch of Girls Aloud's autobiography book, one of the band's members Sarah Harding said her music group only has one or two albums left before they commit to split. She admitted she and her band mates accepted the fact that their success cannot last forever.
"There are still one or two more albums in us," Sarah revealed when she was asked how long Girls Aloud will stay together. She confessed she finds it "stressful" in making the group's album that she decided to stay in separate hotel with the other band's members during the recording of their new LP "Out of Control."
"It takes me a while to get motivated because of my Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and I actually focused a lot more because I didn't want to stay in London. So I booked myself into a hotel in Surrey and relaxed and got away from it all," Sarah told MTV. "It was nice to have that. I was the only one that decided to stay out of London."
However, Sarah stated that Girls Aloud remain committed to their work and even give a "retro" feel to their new single "Promises." "We've signed a new contract and it's all looking rosy. I like the 60s vibe and the retro thing is coming back!" she went on saying. "We wanted to stay upbeat but try something a bit different and advanced. I don't think anything we've ever done has ever sounded the same. But we have that same vibe whatever we do because of our vocals."
Sarah and the other Girls Aloud's members have released their first autobiography book, titled "Dreams That Glitter: Our Story," at Waterstones in Piccadily on Thursday night, October 9. The girls looked happy as they were seen posing smilingly for photographers. The book features unseen photographs of the girls and tells the lives of the group as Britain's most successful girl band.
