It has previously been reported that Lisa Marie Presley gave birth to twin girls on Friday, October 11. But a representative for the singer has confirmed to Us Weekly that the babies were actually born on Tuesday, October 7.
According to the magazine, Lisa welcomed two baby girls via C-section at 02:46 P.M. The twin babies weighed 5 lbs., 15oz., and 5 lbs., 2 oz. "The babies and mom are happy and healthy and resting at home," her rep told Us Weekly.
The daughter of Elvis Presley reportedly welcomed the little girls with her hubby Michael Lockwood at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, California. "Lisa Marie is mom to four now! She's feeling good, a little tired too," a family friend revealed.
Lisa is said to be very happy with the arrival of her new-born daughters. "She is so happy and Michael is ecstatic. He's wanted to be a dad for so long. This is his dream come true.... The babies are healthy and beautiful. Ben was seen pushing them down the hall in their cart and cooing to them," added the family friend.
