While attending the grand opening of Hollywood restaurant Shin Korean BBQ on Monday, October 13, Gerard Butler was spotted having romantic time with Travis Barker's ex-wife Shanna Moakler. During the night, he was seen getting cozy and kissing with the 1995 Miss U.S.A.
Gerard and Shanna were also spotted chatting and cuddling together at a table late at night. The actor was seen wearing a leather jacket and jeans while the actress wore a black dress.
Contrary to the report, a source close to Gerard stated that the actor was very upset because he and Shanna actually weren't kissing at that time. "They weren't making out... Gerard's upset they're being construed as anything else," the source revealed, adding "If you look closely at the photos, they're really just talking closely." According to the source, Gerard and Shanna are good friends for a long time, explaining "There's nothing salacious about it."
Gerard is one of the investors who involve in Shin restaurant. Other investors are Danny Masterson, Mark Ronson, Julian Casablancas and Laura Prepon, just to name a few.
