Billy Ray Cyrus reportedly doesn't forbid Miley Cyrus from dating because he has taught his daughter about good morals and strong religion.

Billy Ray Cyrus has reportedly given his actress daughter
Miley Cyrus "the talk" about safe sex. The 15-year-old girl was also said to have been told to focus on her career, and not her rumored beau Justin Gaston.
According to The Sun, Billy Ray has taught his daughter about good morals and strong religion. The 47-year-old dad allegedly told friend, "We brought Miley up with good morals and strong religion, but she's at that age where she is bound to be experimenting and her hormones are going nuts."

Julia Roberts or
Jennifer Aniston or someone like that," the "Achy Breaky Heart" singer added. "I told her in no uncertain terms that her career would be over if something stupid were to happen and she would no longer be a role model for young girls, something she takes very seriously. I think I made an impression on her; at least I hope so."
But Billy Ray doesn't forbid Miley from dating someone because he thinks his daughter is "a really good kid". "I don't want to forbid her from dating because that would just make her sneak around," he said. "I'd rather have everything up front and out in the open. Miley is a really good kid, but she has to watch her step as far as boys are concerned."
