Zac Efron has been made speechless by Michael Jackson. It is happened when the King of Pop gave the young actor a call through the cellphone of Kenny Ortega, director of "High School Musical" series who also happens to be a close friend to Jackson.
Recalling the time he received the surprising call, Efron said, "I've been wanting to talk to Michael Jackson my whole life, but as soon as Kenny handed me the phone, I was at a loss for words. I have never been so speechless." Efron added, "He said he loves High School Musical. It was motivation for us, and encouragement."
On Efron's "High School Musical 3: Senior Year" itself, the film has captured the top of the North American box office this weekend taking $42 million and broke the record of best-ever debut for a musical movie previously held by "Mamma Mia!". It has also pulled in $40 million from overseas.
