Hilary Duff has released a sexy music video for new dance-pop single "Reach Out". The clip, directed by Phillip Andelman, was debuted on MySpace music on Tuesday, October 28, three days before the video's official release.
In the video, Hilary is seen dancing around with her bra showing. The 21-year-old singer also warps herself around a shirtless hunk. Enjoying her flirting scene with the man, she hugs him tightly and sucks his thumb.
"Reach Out" is one of the new songs on Hilary's new compilation album "Best of Hilary Duff". The compilation album will be dropped in the U.S. stores on November 4. It also adds another new track entitled "Holiday".
