The "American Pie" starlet underwent breast surgery and abdominal operations that left her tummy marked. But Tara doesn't want to have it fixed though the episode has left her self-conscious about her appearance.
The 32-year-old actress told People magazine that she's scared to have more plastic surgery, saying "I'm scared about getting surgery ever again." "It's like surviving a plane crash and getting on a plane again. My stomach scars are my battle wounds," she added.
Tara was recently spotted flashing her bottom that is riddled with cellulite during a trip to Miami beach. Her bottom revealed a serious case of orange peel as she was caught soaking up the sun on October 18.
