Not planning to ring the wedding bells in the near future, Ashley Olsen opts to decline the rumor about her wedding. The certainty about "no-near-future wedding" has been shared exclusively by the actress' representative, Nicole Caruso, to People on Wednesday, November 5.
Responding to the circulating rumor, Caruso has expressed the actress' denial through a statement. "Contrary to several tabloid reports, Ashley Olsen is not engaged to be married," she says, adding further, "Ashley is dating Justin Bartha and they are very happy."
Olsen has become the center of attention as the rumor about her wedding plan highlights the media. The National Enquirer announced last week that Olsen and her beau, Bartha, are to wed in a $1 million wedding ceremony, adding that the wedding would be held on the French Riviera next summer in 2009.
Ashley Olsen and Justin Bartha, made their first public appearance on Monday night, June 16, 2008 at the Cinema Society screening of "Trumbo". Since then, they have seen spending time together. In September, Ashley was spotted visiting her actor beau on the set of his movie, "The Hangover" in Las Vegas. Then, she and Bartha were also seen getting cozy over dinner at L.A.'s Sunset Tower Hotel's Tower Bar in October.
