David Archuleta has opened up to Access Hollywood about his self-titled debut album and current relationship status.

David Archuleta's heart. But the runner-up of "American Idol" Season 7 revealed he is still single. The singer also insisted that he isn't "a flirty person".
"I'm not in a relationship," David admitted in a recent interview. He added, telling Access Hollywood's Billy Bush, "I'm not really a flirty person. I think it's all about feeling comfortable around someone ... and being able to hang out and be goofy with them."
The 17-year-old is just thankful for his success, saying he thanked the entire state of Utah. "I got carried away. There are a lot of people to thank," he revealed to Billy in the interview for "The Billy Bush Show".
Talking about his self-titled debut album, David said there's "at least one song" for everyone. "We experimented on this album and that way I didn't get stuck in a niche. I wanted to make sure there was a variety," he explained. And the singer is hoping that people will be comfortable with his album, adding "People are going to have their critiques and... I'm open to that."
