One day after bringing her son Jayden James to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center, Britney Spears was seen taking the 2-year-old child home on Monday, November 10.

And now it's been reported that the 2-year-old child has been released from the hospital. The "Toxic" songstress was spotted taking her son home on Monday night, November 10.

Kevin Federline, however, wasn't there with them. A security staff member reportedly also helped rush the 26-year-old singer into an awaiting vehicle.
Earlier, Britney posted a statement about her son's ordeal on her Web Site. The full statement read, "Jayden James Federline was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 9th. Doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested."
No word on whether Britney's ex-hubby, Kevin Federline, has been notified. But the "Baby One More Time" singer reportedly had been trying to reach her children's daddy all day.
