Turning 16 years old on November 23, Miley Cyrus will celebrate her sweet sixteen at the 36th annual American Music Awards.
While other celebrities would love to spend their birthday with family and friends, teen sensation
Miley Cyrus is keen to work on her very special day. The 16-year-old actress, who celebrated her early sweet sixteen at Disneyland on October 5, will turn 16 on Sunday, November 23, the same day as this year's American Music Awards.
Miley has reportedly signed up to perform at the 36th annual AMAs. The "7 Things" singer will join other performers, including
Mariah Carey,
Jonas Brothers,
Alicia Keys,
Rihanna and
Taylor Swift. Her father
Billy Ray Cyrus is also among the night's presenters.
Talking about her feeling to be one of performers at the AMAs, Miley confessed she is "so excited". "I am so excited to be able to perform live for my fans at the American Music Awards and celebrate my Sweet 16 too," the teen actress revealed.

Cody Linley thinks Miley Cyrus will be appearing on an upcoming episode of "Dancing with the Stars". "I think she's performing on the final show," said the actor, who is currently on "DWTS". "I'm not sure."
